Talent Acquisition Specialist 80-100% fixed-term

Your tasks

• You recruit various functions in the real estate industry as well as staff functions in collaboration with line managers
• You use various recruitment channels including active sourcing to find the right new employees
• You act as a professional sparring partner for the line
• You conduct interviews independently and personally and assess applicants especially according to cultural fit
• You ensure an excellent candidate experience
• You support the HRBP in their recruitment processes if required

Your profile

• You have a commercial basic education and ideally a federal diploma as a personnel specialist or similar further training
• You bring experience in recruiting specialists
• You are familiar with social media channels (LinkedIn, Kununu)
• You are digitally savvy and have experience with HR tools (experience with Workday is an advantage)
• You are a native German speaker and preferably have good spoken French skills
• You have high social and self-competence with the ability for self-management
