Estimator / Specialist Tendering Building Construction

Your field of activity

• You are responsible for the estimation of building construction projects and prepare tenders as well as specifications from the submission to the evaluation of offers
• Based on plans and models, you determine quantities and ensure a reliable basis for tenders and awards
• In close cooperation with project managers, architects and specialist planners, you coordinate tenders and clarify technical details
• You analyse contractor offers, prepare offer comparisons, participate in award negotiations and actively contribute your experience to the further development of our working methods

Your foundation

• You have a basic education in construction and bring several years of experience in estimation and tendering of construction projects in Switzerland
• With your structured and precise way of working as well as your strong quality awareness, you keep an overview even with complex tasks
• Ideally, you have experience with construction administration programmes and are interested in BIM and digital working methods
• As a team-oriented personality, you convince through initiative, responsibility and a solution-oriented way of working
