Tasks

• Energy and Environmental Management: Is sustainability more than just a buzzword for you? Together with our energy and environmental manager, you bring fresh ideas and actively drive our energy and environmental goals forward.
• ISO Audits & Certifications: You ensure that everything runs smoothly during audits. From preparation through documentation to the implementation of open measures, you keep an overview.
• Key Figures & Reporting: Numbers are your thing! You analyse energy consumption and environmental key figures, identify optimisation potentials, and turn data into meaningful reports.
• Process Management & Optimisation: Why be complicated when it can be smarter? You critically question existing processes, develop clever solutions, and take our processes to the next level.
• Coordination & Collaboration: You bring the right people together, coordinate measures, and ensure that good ideas do not remain only on paper.

Profile

• Education: You have completed a technical or scientific education at HF or FH level, ideally in energy, environmental, or process engineering, or a vocational training such as electrician or mechanic.
• Professional Experience: Ideally, you are already at home in energy and environmental management and bring corresponding professional experience. ISO standards, audits, and management systems are not foreign words to you.
• IT Skills & Numerical Understanding: You have a good command of Excel and similar tools. You enjoy analysing numbers, recognising connections, and creating understandable reports.
• Independent & Structured Working Style: You think ahead, take initiative, and advance topics independently. Even when it gets hectic, you neither lose overview nor focus.
• Communication & Teamwork: You communicate confidently in German, convince with your ideas, and are eager to really make a difference together with various teams.
