As a Business Analyst in the E-Banking team, you actively shape the digital future of our Private Clients platform. You act as the bridge between business and IT, ensuring that customer needs, regulatory requirements, and technical possibilities are translated into innovative and user-friendly solutions.In close collaboration with specialist departments, developers, UX experts, and external partners, you analyse requirements, develop concepts, and accompany their implementation through to a successful go-live. You do not only think in terms of individual features but consider the entire customer journey and contribute to continuously improving the digital customer experience.
