To strengthen our team in the Food sector, we are looking for a motivated and committed Supermarket Employee, 50%, starting from 01.02.2026, at the Ascona-Delta location.

Your responsibilities
- You structure sales arguments into conversations and provide our customers with specific information about the departments.
- You independently restock all products in the food and beverage departments.
- You organize the sales area and set seasonal focuses.
- You create an appealing commercial atmosphere in line with the strategy.
- You consistently comply with prescribed hygiene standards.

Your profile
- You have completed basic training in retail trade in the field of foodstuffs and luxury goods.
- You enjoy active contact with customers and local and seasonal Food products.
- You have excellent physical fitness and are capable of working under pressure.
- You have the ability to adapt to high customer traffic and maintain calm and an overview in hectic situations.
- You have a positive attitude and a neat appearance.
- You speak Italian fluently and have knowledge of another national language.
