For our client, a technically oriented company with its own infrastructure and extensive machinery, we are looking for an organised and technically skilled individual for work preparation in the maintenance sector.
- Determination of the required scope of work and materials for planned maintenance measures
- Technical clarification and selection of suitable spare parts and components
- Obtaining and comparing technical information from suppliers
- Initiating and accompanying orders in cooperation with purchasing
- Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring material availability
- Maintaining technical data, components and maintenance information in the internal system
- Planning and scheduling maintenance work
- Creating and updating work and scheduling plans
- Experience in machinery, plant or vehicle sector is an advantage
- Good knowledge of mechanical maintenance and technical understanding of machines and their components
- Experience with maintenance, repair or overhaul work is an advantage
- Further training in technical or commercial fields, for example process specialist HF, is an advantage
- Experience with ERP, maintenance or planning systems is an advantage
- Good organisational skills and strong sense of responsibility
- Independent and structured way of working
- Enjoyment of an interface function between office, workshop and purchasing
- Fluent German language skills
- Versatile interface function between technology, work preparation, maintenance and materials management
- High practical relevance and regular exchange with the workshop
- Independent planning and coordination of technical work
- Varied machinery and plant park

- Experience with maintenance, repair or overhaul work is an advantage
