Merbag Immobilien employs a team of around 30 people and is looking immediately or by arrangement for an initiative and motivated person as Assistant Property Management 80–100% (m/f/d).

Your tasks

• Support our property management in the administrative and technical management of a portfolio of investment properties on the owner side
• Independent handling of administrative tasks such as contract and mutation management, file management, etc.
• Preparation of rental contracts and amendments, obtaining information, telephone traffic and correspondence with tenants, craftsmen and caretakers
• Issuing, coordinating and monitoring craftsmen orders
• Checking, coding, processing and recharging of creditor invoices
• Organisation and execution of viewings, inspections and handovers of residential and commercial properties
• Assistance in the preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training; further training as a property management clerk (SVIT) is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in property management (at least 3 years)
• Driving licence category B
• Confident German in spoken and written form as well as good oral English skills
• High degree of independence, flexibility, teamwork and resilience
• Precise, efficient and responsible way of working
• Enjoyment in dealing with people as well as competent and professional appearance
