The district capital Dietikon is a vibrant regional center and an important economic location in the rapidly growing Limmattal. The fifth largest city in the canton of Zurich has around 28,000 inhabitants. The Dietikon school includes six school units with around 3,200 students from kindergarten to secondary level as well as around 700 employees.

We are looking for a committed personality as of now or by arrangement

• Student administration special education in all school units and the external special students of the Dietikon school
• Issuing orders and preparing decisions in the field of special education
• Data maintenance and preparation for controlling and reporting in the field of special education
• Collaboration in the preparation of the budget and annual accounts in the field of special education
• Administrative support of the specialist offices in the business area Educational Services
• Support of the Educational Services management in all tasks and daily business
• Collaboration on projects
• Organization of meetings, minute taking and appointment management

• Completed commercial training
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in the education sector
• Continuous further training within the legal and educational policy changes
• Skilled in handling common Office programs and industry-standard application programs (CMI, Scolaris)
• Independent and customer-oriented working style, high social competence
• Willingness to adjust working and vacation times according to the school year rhythm
• Confident German in spoken and written form
