Requirements
Completed professional training and already has experience in similar positions in upscale gastronomy/hotellerie. Knows how to motivate his team to top performance, works exemplary, likes to contribute his own ideas and enjoys working with fresh products. Very good knowledge of the German language, supports the head chef operationally and administratively.
