HR Assistant
55 - 60% with the Personnel Service
Field of activity
Declaration and recording of absences due to illness and accident
Contact with employees on sick leave or victims of an accident (e.g. monitoring convalescence, planning return to work)
Collaboration with insurance companies (e.g. loss of earnings insurance for illness, accident insurance)
Coordination of medical certificates and deadlines
Coordination of salary continuation in case of illness or accident
Support for return to work (gradual return, part-time solutions, etc.)
Documentation and management of files in the human resources management system
Occasional collaboration with case management or internal managers
Requirements
Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
Experience in the field of human resources
Further training as an HR assistant is an advantage
Basic understanding of social insurance and labour law (LAA, IJM, etc.) or additional training desired
Independent working method and high sense of quality, good organisation
Discretion (very sensitive HR data)
Ease in communication with employees and insurance companies
Motivated, dynamic, proactive and responsible personality, open to new things
Fluency in German or French with excellent knowledge of the other language, English is an advantage
Language requirements
French and/or German
with very good knowledge of the other language
