The Obere Mühle Retirement Centre in Lenzburg offers 98 inpatient care places, 85 retirement apartments and operates the public restaurant mülikafi with 90 seats. Around 160 employees provide valuable services daily in the areas of care, hospitality and services.

Your tasks

• Together with your colleagues, you take responsibility for our residents in the house and/or for our senior citizens in the adjacent retirement apartments.
• You take responsibility for the FAGE and AGS apprentices in your department. You enjoy supporting trainees on their path to professional qualification.
• You accompany, care for and support according to our care and support concept, document the measures and initiate changes if necessary.

Your profile

• Very good professional knowledge
• Vocational Trainer course or willingness to complete the course
  
• High social competence and very good empathy
• Good communication skills
• IT user skills
