Your main tasks:

Operating and monitoring building services systems
Repairs in the electrical area
Organizing and carrying out repair and maintenance work
Conducting building inspections and quality controls including reporting
Processing customer orders in the technical and infrastructural area
Coordinating and supervising third-party companies
On-call duty

Your profile:

Completed technical basic training with EFZ
Several years of experience in a comparable position
Good PC skills and affinity for handling various specific tools
Driver's license category B
Independent, precise and well-organized working style
Strong customer and service orientation
