We are a versatile trading and service company in the fields of mineral oil, fuels, petrol stations, tank technology, sewer services, passenger transport, disposal and recycling. To support the finance and HR department for all companies within the Voegtlin-Meyer Group, we are additionally looking for a:
Finance & HR Clerk (60-80%)
- You support the finance department in all areas (accounts receivable/payable, general ledger management, etc.)
- You support the HR department in all areas (employee lifecycle, payroll, recruiting, social insurance, time tracking system, etc.)
- Contact person for employees and supervisors for all administrative finance and HR questions
- Assistance in the further development of the departments regarding digitalisation, values and leadership
- You have completed a commercial basic training EFZ
- You have completed further training in finance and/or HR and can demonstrate several years of proven professional experience in these areas.
- You have a flair for numbers and are used to working independently and precisely in an SME
- Good to very good MS Office skills as well as experience with MS Business Central and SwissSalary are an advantage.
- Solution-oriented working style and high self-motivation
- High social competence and enjoyment in dealing with people
- You have a confident and calm demeanour and act customer-oriented, solution-focused and decisive
