Your Tasks

Active design and implementation of the daily routine in the daycare center, group activities, and free play
Assistance in caring for a group of children aged 3 months to 6 years, including infant care
Implementation of the mission statement and the educational concept
Age- and needs-appropriate support of the children, including written documentation
Everyday contact with the parents
Design of the group rooms
Performing minor household tasks
Maintaining portfolios of the children

Completed compulsory schooling (secondary school or district school)
Flexibility, independence, initiative, commitment, and resilience
Self-reflection and motivation to want to develop further
A pleasant and constructive team atmosphere is important to you and you enjoy working across groups
Good organizational and planning skills
Good proficiency in German
