Customer Service Advisor for the BMW Brand
Your Tasks at the Service and Repair Reception
- Workshop reception, advice and support of our customers
- Scheduling customer orders for the workshop
- Planning and coordination of workshop orders up to invoicing
- Invoicing of workshop orders / preparation of quotations
- Handling and submission of warranty and goodwill cases to the importer
- Mutual support in customer service
Your Profile
- Experience in the automotive industry, preferably technical training in the automotive sector
- Very good IT user skills and commercial flair
- Enjoyment of customer contact and good communication skills
- High commitment, teamwork and flexibility
- Confident German, Italian and English advantageous
