Due to an unpaid leave, we are temporarily looking for reinforcement for our four-person team. As an HR Officer, you will have a very diverse range of tasks. You will gain insight into many different HR areas and take on responsibility for your own work area early on. Together with your team, you will help provide our employees with optimal service. Your workplace is ideally located in our Head Office in Zofingen (AG), just a four-minute walk from the train station.
Job description
Your main tasks include, among others
- Preparation of interim and employment references as well as interim earnings and employer certificates
- Advising employees on personnel-related matters
- Responsibility for the correct recording of all absences
- Assisting in the management of the electronic time recording system
- Registration of family allowances, MSE/VSE, and EO
- Close collaboration with other departments, especially Retail
- Correspondence with various authorities
- Assisting in the design of new and the further development of existing processes
- Other administrative tasks as capacity and interest allow
To be successful in the role, ideally, you bring the following
- A high level of motivation and the willingness to actively contribute. Your commitment counts here!

- Enthusiasm for working with people and digital tools. Because the combination of both ensures efficient and successful collaboration.
- Initial experience in HR or a strong interest in personnel-related topics. Your thirst for knowledge drives you to learn new things.
- Proficient PC user skills in Microsoft Office
- You have a commercial education, vocational maturity, or personnel-related training or further education (e.g., HR Assistant HRSE/edupool, Payroll Specialist, etc.)
- Alternatively, you are in a degree program (BWL, HRM, Business Psychology, etc.)
