Polymed Medical Center is the market leader in the sale of medical technology devices and consumables and specialises in professional services for medical practices throughout Switzerland.

For our family-run company, we are looking to strengthen the service department immediately or by arrangement with a Field Service Technician (100%).

Region Bern

Your main tasks:

• Repair, maintenance and commissioning of medical technology and laboratory devices in the field within a fixed assigned area
• Technical customer support and diagnosis of installed devices with a high degree of independence
• Support of the sales department in the introduction, training and product support of sold devices and compositions
• Preparation of work reports and invoicing of services provided
• Independent planning, coordination and scheduling of daily assignments in the customer area
• Collaboration with service technicians from neighbouring regions

Your profile:

• Basic training as an electronics technician, multimedia electronics technician, electrical fitter or technical basic training
• Good German and French skills, both spoken and written
• Knowledge in PC hardware and software (networks)
• Professional experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Dynamic, communicative and customer-oriented personality with a high degree of initiative
• Positive attitude to life and enjoyment in contact with people
