What you achieve
- During your training, you will learn how to handle food from purchasing and storage to preparation and presentation.
- The food you receive, you prepare into hot and cold dishes and arrange them decoratively.
- You support a smooth workflow between kitchen and service staff and assist with events and banquets.
- In practice, you will apply the skills learned at vocational school and in inter-company courses (üK).
