You lead a team of six employees in a role model and promote their professional as well as personal development.
You are responsible for achieving revenue and partner satisfaction targets (rNPS).
You build strategic partnerships and sustainably develop existing partner relationships.
You negotiate offers and contracts and ensure solution-oriented support in demanding situations.
You actively drive the further development of the market and service offerings as well as digitalisation.
You manage the area based on relevant KPIs and derive targeted optimisation measures.

You have a qualification or further training in business administration, marketing, sales or a comparable field.
You bring experience in the B2B environment, ideally in business development, partner management or key account management.
You have successfully accompanied teams, projects or professional responsibilities and supported people in unlocking their potential.
You combine entrepreneurial thinking with a good sense for sustainable partnerships and economic contexts.
You move confidently in demanding negotiation and stakeholder situations and create viable solutions even in challenging moments.
You work in a structured and analytical manner and know how to win people over for common goals and successfully implement changes.
You communicate fluently in German and have very good English skills.
