Actively shape the future of the Hydro Energy & Biomass division! In this role, you lead the Hydro office and take on the professional assistance of the division management. Become part of an assistant pool, a team that combines leadership, modern working methods, and service quality.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Professional and personnel management of the Hydro Energy & Biomass assistant pool

Direct assistance to the division management with reliable and discreet support

Coordination and proactive resource planning within the team

Promotion of modern working methods and digital tools

Comprehensive document and appointment management for board mandates and association engagements

Organization and execution of internal and external meetings and events

Ensuring consistent information flow between the division and Corporate Communications

Further development of assistant processes and standards within the division

Profile and Requirements

Commercial training and further education as a federally certified executive assistant or equivalent

Several years of experience in leading assistant or service teams as well as in stakeholder management (internal, authorities, associations, board)

Very good German skills, good English skills; French/Italian an advantage

High IT affinity, openness to innovations, and experience in change/transformation processes

Resilient, communicative personality with a leadership mindset and strong service orientation

Interest in technical and energy economic topics (hydro, biomass, infrastructure, engineering)
