Warehouse Team Leader 100%
Professional and personnel management of four logisticians and 1 apprentice
Ensuring and monitoring the planning, control and optimisation of processes
Monitoring of open goods receipts, transfers as well as picking orders
Responsible for daily picking in the area of responsibility
Independent order processing and project work in the assigned area
Active support of daily business: goods receipt; picking, transferring and loading
Handling irregularities (damages, shortages) and initiating measures
Close cooperation with other departments
Solid education and training in logistics (warehouse, dispatch and transport), logistics specialist advantageous
Several years of leadership experience in logistics
Process-oriented as well as cross-departmental thinking and acting
The healthy ambition to help shape processes in a new semi-automatic high-bay warehouse and implement them with the team
Good knowledge of MS Office applications, LFS and SAP knowledge advantageous
Good German language skills, spoken and written
High degree of independence, social competence, reliability and team orientation
