About the job
Activities- Responsible for and managing the entire area (strategic and operational) and complying with the client and mandate management's guidelines and instructions
- Leading and strategically supporting the directly subordinate care management
- Ensuring care quality according to SEM quality standards and further developing and optimising the ORS care standards
- Harmonising and standardising regional processes/workflows
- Enforcing prescribed standards/processes, cross-mandate concepts and the BEKO (SEM)
- Consistently communicating and coordinating with the lead care manager and regional client
- Holistically managing their personnel considering the management's guidelines and expectations of ORS cross-sectional functions
Requirements
- Tertiary education: Federal professional examination (Federal FA) or equivalent (e.g. HF diploma)
- 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience
- At least 3 years of leadership experience
- At least 2 years of experience in the care sector
- Experience in project leadership and management
- Interest in interpersonal communication and empathy
- Driving licence category B
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
