Job Description

For our production site in Monthey, where our activities are mainly related to plant protection, we are looking for apprentices Chemical and Pharmaceutical Production Technologists CFC!

In a setting where safety is a priority, the apprentice operates automated and computerized industrial facilities for the manufacture of chemical products and also participates in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes.

More specifically:

• Participate in production planning, preparation, and configuration of facilities, with constant attention to ensuring product quality and the best possible yield;
• Plan the successive stages of the manufacturing process;
• Monitor the progress of reactions in the manufacturing process, identify possible anomalies, remedy them or stop the reaction;
• Take samples of products during manufacturing and analyze them;
• Record control results in reports;
• Propose measures to prevent the most common failures of devices and equipment;
• Clean and maintain production facilities, equipment, and instruments and perform simple repairs;
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental protection regulations.
