Wädenswil is an attractive town on the left shore of Lake Zurich with just over 26,000 inhabitants. Around 380 employees work in the town administration, providing comprehensive services to the population on a daily basis.
For the Untermosen Indoor Pool, we are looking for a
Your areas of responsibility include
- Main responsibility for the cash desk of the indoor and lido pools, including correct accounting and management of the cash register systems
- Pool supervision in accordance with the requirements of the lifeguard certificate
- Organisation, management and minute-taking of cash desk meetings
- Operation of the cash register
- Key management for the indoor pool infrastructure
- First point of contact for bathers
- Sale of subscriptions as well as advising bathers on tariffs and offers
- Monday cleaning of the indoor pool in accordance with hygiene and operational requirements
- Various administrative tasks
What you bring with you
- Good manners and enjoyment in contact with our bathers
- Communicative and service-oriented personality
- Experience in customer contact, ideally at reception
- Flexibility regarding irregular working hours, including evening and weekend shifts
- Resilience and conflict management skills
- Solid PC user skills
- Fluent German in spoken and written form is a prerequisite; knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
- Team spirit and a sense of humour
