About the job

• Processing and system-based recording of returns or undeliverable payment orders
• Processing of loss certificates
• Reactivation of blocked SwissPass accounts
• Independent and efficient handling of pending tasks
• Recording and maintenance of relevant data in the system
• Depending on suitability and learning speed, taking on further and more demanding clerical tasks
• Training in the various activities is provided directly by the existing team
  

• Commercial basic training
• Very good German skills as well as a strong reading comprehension
• Precise, speedy and reliable way of working
• Quick grasp and ability to quickly familiarise oneself with new tasks
• High affinity for numbers and enjoyment of administrative activities
• Good user knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite
• Knowledge in the area of debt collection and Swiss Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG) is an advantage
• Independent, structured and responsible personality
