Your tasks
- Advising clients, clarifying goals and expectations, planning appropriate measures as well as triage and close cooperation with external specialist agencies
- Clarification and assertion of financial and subsidiary claims
- Preparing budgets, reports and legally compliant orders or decisions for the social commission
- Individual advice and support within the framework of personal assistance
- Case administration supported by IT (KLIB and dossier)
Your profile
- University of Applied Sciences degree in Social Work, ideally complemented by commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in the field of statutory financial assistance desired
- Team spirit and enjoyment of working in working groups
- Independent, structured and precise way of working, assertiveness
- Strong communication and conflict skills as well as enjoyment of working with people
- Administrative confidence and flair for accounting
