Together with the three team leaders of the areas medical coding, outpatient service management and rejection management, you ensure that medical services are fully, correctly and economically represented. In doing so, you combine leadership strength with analytical thinking and actively drive the further development of our processes.
Your professional focus is on medical controlling. At the same time, depending on your experience and interests, you have the opportunity to gradually take on responsibility for the entire revenue management. We will develop the specific design of this function together with you.
This is where you get involved
- Operational medical controlling of the entire Limmattal hospital as well as analysis of services, revenues and contribution margins along the entire service recording and billing process.
- Preparation of meaningful analyses and reports for hospital management and our clinics to assess quality and economic efficiency.
- Close cooperation at the interfaces with other departments such as medical coding, service management, patient management, QRM and finance.
- Control and further development of processes in the area of tariff systems (SwissDRG, TARDOC and outpatient flat rates).
- Leadership and participation in cross-departmental projects
- Depending on experience and interest, you will gradually take on leadership responsibility for revenue management in the areas of medical coding, outpatient service management and rejection management.
You
- Professional experience in medical controlling of a hospital (advantageous with the BI tool HCe®)
- Medical or higher professional training in nursing/therapy
- Strong analytical and statistical skills
- Knowledge of SwissDRG, outpatient tariff system and REKOLE
- Already have leadership experience or wish to develop into a leadership role in revenue management in the future
