- Individual and professional care and nursing of our 14 residents in the protected living group and the 9 residents in the open long-term care living group
- Support of the team leader in the personnel and professional management of the nursing team of 20 employees
- Full representation of the team leader in their absence
- Promotion of employees in everyday nursing
- Close cooperation with the care team, which actively participates in shaping the residents' daily lives
- Co-responsibility for the implementation and assurance of nursing quality, for the further development of the nursing process, and for performance recording (RAI)

- Completed vocational training at tertiary level (certified nursing professional HF/FH)
- Ideally, you have initial leadership experience and corresponding further training or are willing to attend such training
- Commitment, motivation, resilience, and high social competence
- Willingness to contribute to a learning-friendly work environment and to achieving common goals
- You are well familiar with the usual software applications and use them efficiently
