100% sales advisor

with experience in customer contact.

Job description:

You are responsible for order taking, specialised technical advice and order processing. You handle and follow up orders and carry out product clarifications with our suppliers. With commitment, you advise our customers by phone on products, prices, delivery times as well as on technical or organisational requests. In short, you are the link between our customers, our suppliers and internal services.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a person capable of working in a team, stress-resistant and responsible, ideally with a Federal VET Diploma as an electrical installer and a few years of professional experience. You enjoy working independently and appreciate customer contact. You have a sense of reflection and possess solid knowledge of MS Office. Your French, both spoken and written, is impeccable, and your communication skills complete your profile.
