As part of our expansion and upcoming move to Châtel-Saint-Denis, we are looking for a:

Senior Accountant

Your Mission

Reporting to the Group CFO, your main mission is to maintain the accounting of the Swiss company, ensuring the compliance and accuracy of all accounting and reporting operations, thereby guaranteeing optimal financial management.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintaining general and analytical accounting
• Preparation of monthly and annual closings
• Preparation of reporting tables
• Monitoring customer and supplier accounts
• Supervision of the automatic posting of accounting documents (digitised)
• Cash management
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Participation in the preparation of annual budgets
• Analysis of results with department heads
• Participation in internal and external audits

Your Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, management, finance or equivalent
• Managerial experience is an asset
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in the industrial sector is a plus
• Knowledge of ERP environments (proficiency in Abacus would be an asset), as well as common IT tools, especially Excel (pivot tables, etc.)
• Rigor, organisation, and ability to manage several files simultaneously
• Customer service orientation, interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Good command of French, knowledge of English (minimum B2) or another language is an asset
