Workload 80 – 100 %
The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised professional nursing and care in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be comprehensively modernised in the coming years through new construction and renovations, complemented by 86 new retirement apartments.
The Younger Care Department provides a residential and day structure for around 13 younger people in need of care. For the RPB location in Wettingen (from autumn 2026 in Baden), we are looking for a competent, reliable and committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement.
This is how you will support us:
- You ensure the nursing and care of our residents within the framework of primary nursing, which includes professional and evidence-based care
- You take into account the resources of the residents, their biographies and individual needs in nursing and care
- You support the younger people in shaping their day as independently and actively as possible
- In addition to nursing activities, you also carry out medical-technical measures
- You take on daily responsibility
- You carefully maintain the nursing documentation
This is how you can convince us:
- You have completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF / FH or an equivalent recognised qualification, preferably with several years of professional experience
- You have experience in the long-term care sector and in dealing with younger people in need of care
- You are interested in a combination of nursing and educational tasks
- You are familiar with RAI-NH
- You are an empathetic, innovative, flexible and cheerful personality with a solution-oriented way of thinking and acting
This is how we inspire you:
- A modern infrastructure in the new building and a nursing routine that is dynamic
- A demanding and independent field of activity
- A mindful "du" culture characterised by respect and appreciation
- An internal, versatile training programme
