Transport and Logistics All-Rounder (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• You support the transport scheduler as well as the logistics team leader and represent them in their absence
• Contact person for customers, logisticians, drivers and external partners
• Care and advice for our customers by telephone
• Deployment planning and support of driving and logistics personnel
• Goods receipt and dispatch as well as checking deliveries
• Loading and unloading vehicles with a forklift
• Assistance with warehouse work and material management
• Ensuring smooth information flow between scheduling, warehouse and drivers
• Operation of scanner, PC and transport software
• General administrative tasks and support in day-to-day business
• Assistance with transports or deliveries if required

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training or training as a logistician EFZ or comparable professional experience
• Experience in the transport industry, logistics or scheduling is an advantage
• Good IT user skills and enjoyment of administrative tasks
• Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one
• Driving licence category CE / crane is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• French language skills in spoken form are an advantage
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Resilient, flexible and team-oriented personality
• Customer-friendly and well-groomed appearance
• Physical fitness and willingness to get hands-on
