Your tasks
- You record persons liable to contributions and process their insured data.
- You assess the social security contribution status of our insured persons and decide on the classification as self-employed or employed.
- You determine the social security contributions for self-employed persons as well as non-employed persons.
- You clarify national and international questions regarding compulsory insurance.
- You competently and service-orientedly advise and support our clients – both by phone and in writing.
Your skills
- You have a commercial basic education (EFZ) and bring experience in a demanding administrative role.
- Ideally, you have knowledge in the areas of social insurance, fiduciary services or contribution management.
- You have a flair for numbers and convince with a precise, quality-conscious and efficient way of working.
- You are a committed, reliable and team-oriented personality with a professional appearance.
- You enjoy working independently and appreciate personal contact with clients.
