This is what you can achieve
- Act as the central contact person regarding all quality management topics in the assigned business segment and customer orders
- Support the locations in implementing quality requirements
- Plan, direct, and monitor quality management measures from the offer preparation to order completion to meet the contractually agreed requirements
- Create and maintain the quality management plan (QMP) and ensure its implementation
- Monitor quality-relevant milestones
- Plan and conduct internal pre-acceptance tests (preFAT/preSAT), support customer acceptance tests (FAT/SAT), and coordinate the relevant documentation
- Support in deviation/error management
This is what you bring
- Technical education (EFZ / HF / FH) in electronics, electrical engineering, or software development
- Further training in quality management is required
- At least 5 years of experience in QM/QS or a similar function
- Practical experience in electronics, electrical engineering, or software development
- Knowledge of project management with HERMES and/or SAFe is an advantage
- Independent working style, communicative, and a team player
- German and English C2 (business fluent in spoken and written)
- Willingness to work at other RUAG locations (Thun BE)
