About the job
At the Pflegezentrum Baar , the person is at the centre. As a competence centre for the care and support of elderly people as well as young adults, we accompany around 165 residents with professional expertise, respect and commitment. Our institution combines two houses with four specialised geriatric and two protected wards as well as the Atrium – a unique offer for young adults.

Your tasks
- You ensure a needs-oriented, professional care and support of our residents during the night. You recognise their individual needs and actively participate in the care process.
- Assuming professional responsibility for the care and support process.
- As a contact person for residents and relatives, you provide support with questions and concerns.
- Care documentation is also part of your duties.
- Your primary area of deployment is the Atrium ward.
You bring with you
- Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH.
- Empathy as well as a respectful and appreciative approach to residents.
- Openness to new things and motivation to develop professionally and personally.
- Strong team spirit and enjoyment in working in a committed and motivated team.
- A high awareness of the autonomy and well-being of residents as a central attitude in everyday life.
- German language skills at least at level B2
