The Bürgerheim Chur belongs to the Bürgergemeinde Chur and offers 68 care places, including
a protected living group with 8 places for people with dementia.

To strengthen our team, we are looking from 1 September 2026 for a care ward with
20 residents
for a

DEPUTY

WARD MANAGER

(80 – 100%)

You bring with you:

• Qualified nurse HF/FH

• Further training in management or willingness to complete such training

• At least 1 year of experience in long-term care and caring for people with
  dementia

• A responsible personality for whom professional and resident-oriented care and support is a matter of course

• Good to very good IT skills

• User knowledge

We expect the ability to work independently. As an open and communicative
personality with high social competence, you act with the ward manager as the hub
and focal point of the ward and are aware of your role model function. You develop and
define goals in consultation with the ward manager and the staff and pursue
them consistently.
