Your Tasks:

• You advise and support our customers by phone and in the sales shop
• You are responsible for selling our range with a focus on tires and service and wear parts
• Active sales of our sales activities and services
• You process inquiries, offers, and customer complaints
• You perform administrative tasks related to our wide range of products and services
• Recording customer orders and returns is also part of your duties
• You ensure the flow of information between field service and internal departments
