The Küssnacht district consists of the localities Küssnacht, Immensee and Merlischachen and lies at the foot of the Rigi between Lake Lucerne and Lake Zug.

We are looking for you to join our infrastructure team from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement as

Caretaker / Property Management 90%

Your Tasks

• You plan cleaning, maintenance and minor repair work and also carry it out.
• In consultation with the person responsible for the facilities, you ensure vehicles, machines, tools and equipment and maintain them.
• You independently manage your assigned properties and ensure technical maintenance.
• You coordinate appointments (service and maintenance work) and carry out necessary maintenance work independently.
• You assist with operations, as well as with projects and events on the premises.
• You act as deputy to the Head of Property Management.
• You provide on-call service as needed.

Your Profile

• You have completed vocational training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ (or equivalent).
• You enjoy working in a team, can handle high workloads and bring ideas to improve work and processes.
• You treat team members, citizens and external stakeholders with respect.
• You hold a category B driving licence.
