Deputy Head Chef 100% in Day Operation

Your Tasks

You take over kitchen responsibility during the absence of the head chef
Participation in varied and balanced menu planning
Independent management of all stations
Co-responsibility for ordering food and inventory management
Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene and occupational safety guidelines, HACCP
Quality assurance
Preparation of meals for residents and guests in the restaurant (cold and hot kitchen)
Participation in banquets and events

What You Bring

Completed training as a cook EFZ
Leadership experience is an advantage
High quality awareness
Joy and enthusiasm for contemporary catering forms
Several years of professional experience in à la carte and banquet areas
Enjoyment in mentoring apprentices
Good communication skills in German
