As part of the development of our activities within our erosion department, we are looking for an Electrical Discharge Machining Mechanic (M/F).Job Description
- Master the technologies of wire erosion machines
- Master the technologies of sinking and
drilling by erosion machines. - Knowledge of GIBBS / ESPRIT programming
- Program and optimise machining
- Micromilling
- Manufacture parts for cutting dies
- Maintain machines
- Carry out small mechanical tasks
Profile
- Knowledge of GF range wire erosion machines
(Cut1000, Cut2000) - Knowledge of GF range drilling erosion machines
(DRILL E300) - Knowledge of GF range erosion machines for
sinking (FROM 20) - Knowledge of SARIX micromilling machines
- Gibbs programming, Opticam is a plus
- ESPRIT programming
- Proven experience in the use of fine wires
- Micron culture essential
- Organised, rigorous and autonomous person
- Work in a spirit of teamwork and cooperation
