About the job

In your role, you ensure the professional care of our additionally insured patients in non-nursing matters (from admission to discharge). You act as a host and as a link between the patients, nursing staff, nutritional counselling, and the kitchen, always considering a professional service attitude.

Start date immediate or by arrangement.

• Experience in customer service in gastronomy or catering
• Ideally with a completed training in gastronomy, housekeeping, or healthcare
• Strong empathy and enjoyment in serving patients
• High service commitment, quick comprehension, resilience, and reliability
• Neat appearance
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are a plus
• Shift model: early or late shift of 6.5 hours each / work on 2 weekends per month / 7-day operation
