- Experience with client virtualization (Citrix and/or VMware Horizon/Omnissa Horizon)
- Experience with server virtualization (VMware) and hyperconverged systems (Nutanix)
- Experience with firewall, network, and server systems
- Experience in scripting and with automation tools such as CI/CD, Ansible, and Terraform
- Independent, proactive, and conscientious working style
- Very good German and English skills (level B2) are an advantage
- Military career as a senior non-commissioned officer or officer is an advantage
