Facility Maintenance Specialist

Responsibilities
- You ensure cleanliness and order on the site, the associated streets and green areas as well as in the buildings.
- You inspect and maintain building facilities, office furniture, fire doors, gates, fire extinguishers and sanitary fittings.
- You carry out a variety of maintenance and repair work on buildings, indoor and outdoor facilities, equipment, machines, work tools and vehicles.
- You manage lecture and meeting rooms, perform administrative tasks and organise the clothing distribution.
- You work in a three-shift system, starting early shift at 06:00, as a floater from 07:00 or late shift from 08:00 (rotating every two weeks) and take on a winter service on-call duty every three weeks from November to March, Monday to Sunday (extra remuneration applies).
Profile
- Training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist (EFZ level) and further training as a caretaker (professional certificate)
- 5 years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Reliability, a friendly manner and impeccable customer service skills
- Good German language skills (level C2) and good MS Office skills
- Willingness to work early shifts and winter service on-call duty, driving licence category B
