Do you enjoy contact with customers and love adventures?Then we have a suitable apprenticeship for you as a Retail Specialist Designing Shopping Experiences Sporting Goods (CFC, with or without vocational baccalaureate) (m/f/d) in Zurich starting 1 August 2027.

During your apprenticeship you will learn…
- to advise our customers in Zurich for their adventures
- to know our extensive outdoor range (from clothing to mountain sports to shoes) in detail
- to help design and maintain the sales area
- to understand the flow of goods and assist with it
- to get to know Transa and gain insight into various areas (such as purchasing, online shop, marketing)

Transa Backpacking AG has been the competence centre for high-quality travel and outdoor equipment for over 45 years. The guiding principle «Get out. But properly.» is lived by around 500 employees. We are organised in circles and use the patterns of Sociocracy 3.0 – this means employees are deployed according to their skills. In the branches in Zurich, Basel, Bern, Lausanne, Lucerne, St. Gallen, Vevey and Winterthur, the two outlet branches as well as the station shop Yosemite in Zermatt, there are over 42,000 products from around 550 brands. Should products ever get damaged, we take care of them in the repair workshop in Zurich Altstetten.
