What to expect:

• You are a competent contact person for our customers and provide comprehensive advice in the areas of accounts, saving, provision, and financing.
• Participation in projects to continuously improve our processes and services.

What you bring with you:

• You have completed training and/or further education in banking or have already gained several years of practical experience as a private customer advisor at a bank. Additionally, you preferably have experience in credit counselling.
• You are reliable, enjoy working independently, and value precise working methods.
• You are an open and communicative personality with a strong service orientation and enjoy direct customer contact.
• You are helpful and appreciate collegiality and good teamwork.
