Shift Coordinator Cinema & Bowling incl. Projection (m/f/d)

for shifts during the week as well as on weekends and public holidays paid hourly. The employment is limited until 28.02.2026.

After the training phase, you will be able to actively support the cinema according to the deployment plan.

• Ensuring and coordinating the smooth running of daily business in compliance with internal and legal requirements
• Training and supporting our new employees
• Orderly and proper screening of the entire film program
• Detecting and fixing faults in the audio and projection systems
• Co-responsibility for the care and operation of the cinema technical projection equipment and building services systems
• Checking air, image, and sound quality in the cinema hall as well as general maintenance and repair work
• Friendly and competent guest care and advice
• Admission control as well as sale of tickets, bowling games, vouchers, and various kiosk items in the cinema
• Responsibility for the cash register and ensuring correct accounting
• Ensuring compliance with service standards and hygiene guidelines
• Cleaning work in the cinema area and in the bowling 

• You have experience in the service sector and bring understanding as well as interest in technical processes
• We serve our guests 7 days a week, so we expect your willingness for evening and weekend shifts and you are ready to step in flexibly if needed
• Taking responsibility and an organized way of working are a matter of course for you
• In hectic situations, you react calmly and act proactively
• You are communicative and communicate flawlessly in German and French
• As a team player, you proactively share your knowledge and show active willingness to help
• With your cheerful and open manner, you inspire our guests and convince them again and again with your recommendations
