About the job

As the nursing team leader, you take overall responsibility for the nursing department at Haus Rigi, which has a total of 12 single rooms and

11 apartments. You act as the link between the nursing service management, the nursing staff, and the residents of the nursing department.

We expect from you:

• Completed professional training as a qualified nurse (HF, DNII, AKP)
• Professional experience in long-term care
• Leadership training at team leader level or willingness to complete it
• Knowledge in managing electronic nursing documentation and RAI (classification and documentation quality)
• Trainer qualification or willingness to acquire it
• Independent and responsible working style
• Strong professional, social, and self-competence
• Entrepreneurial thinking
• Very good oral and written German skills
