Your tasks

• Leading and developing a team of up to 35 employees including building and strengthening a professional leadership level
• Recruiting as well as planning and implementing training and further education measures for sustainable team development
• Ensuring efficiency and quality in assembly through lean principles and continuous improvement processes
• Further developing manufacturing competencies in the area of cable harnesses and electrical pre-assemblies using innovative processes
• Leading and participating in projects, including the establishment and expansion of international subsidiaries and automation solutions
• Supporting budget responsibility and controlling costs to achieve economic targets

What convinces us about you

• Completed vocational training, ideally in the electrical field
• Further education at HF or FH level is an advantage
• Several years of leadership experience in an industrial production environment
• Very good German skills at least level B2 as well as good English skills
• Assertive personality with high social competence and enthusiasm
• Willingness for continuous development of your own leadership skills
