Your job at a glance
What you achieve with us
- Support and advice for our spontaneous customers as well as triage to the specialist advisors
- Basic advice on topics such as account opening, account management, payment transactions, standardised investment transactions and pension products
- Work in the customer hall (reception, management of self-service devices and implementation of promotions)
What you bring with you
- You have completed a banking apprenticeship, have current practical experience in advising private customers and very good knowledge of basic services.
- You work very reliably and independently.
- You are friendly, open, positive and service-oriented.
- You like to actively approach people and feel comfortable in direct customer contact
- Ideally, you are already established in the market area around Meggen.
