Lindt & Sprüngli (Switzerland) Ltd is a subsidiary of the global Lindt & Sprüngli group, whose headquarters and production site are located in Kilchberg, on the shores of Lake Zurich. In Altendorf, we operate our own logistics centre, while the Lindt Cocoa Center in Olten produces cocoa mass for our internal needs as well as for other European production sites.

Passionate about retail, customer service and team management? As an Assistant Shop Manager, you support the Shop Manager in the daily management of the boutique and actively contribute to its performance.

Your tasks

• Participate in achieving commercial objectives and monitoring performance indicators
• Ensure a premium and exemplary customer experience
• Support, train and motivate the team daily
• Ensure the opening, closing and smooth running of the shop
• Oversee stock management, deliveries and inventories
• Implement merchandising standards and enhance product presentation
  
  

Your profile

• Experience in retail, ideally with initial management experience
• Customer service orientation and hands-on approach
• Positive leadership, team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
• Organised, proactive and results-oriented
• Comfortable with IT tools and KPI monitoring
